Fractional Lead
Leadership on a fractional basis instead of full-time, with no fixed end date. It covers what you actually need without inflating it into a full-time position, and still lets you scale with quality.
Interim Lead
The need for the role is there, but the position isn’t filled yet. I bridge a clearly defined period, at full or fractional capacity, and hand over properly at the end.
